    This was our second time visiting and it was very good. The grand two-bedroom pool villa was spacious, with a lovely private pool that the kids adored! The friendly staff made our holiday special, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

    It is very nice villa,really.. if you want to stay for honeymoon.The best part of the day is morning-when you open the window and step to the privat pool water.You drive your bicycle through hotel (don't forget to say" hello" to the elephant) and have amazing breakfast. The beach is very clean with towel service and nice thai restaurant(we tried the one on your right without any name).Great yoga teacher- try to book if you are interesting in it.You can easily reach all the other hotels in Laguna with free regular buses.

    No vew-no ocean neither garden-all your stay you will watch your pool with a wall all-around!no light in your garden-so its impossible to enjoy reeding outside in the evening. And you can't open the windows because of the mosquito! In Laguna Bangtao you don't feel that it is exotic Thailand- it probably can be Turkey.Everything is closed at 11p.m-at all the Laguna Hotels!!!you can't even order a drink!!! I was very disappointed about SPA - a lot entourage ,but not real thai massage.It was very difficult to communicate with the staff at SPA. Massage on the beach for 10 times less price was even better.The prices for all activities are doubled in comparison with others offers but the same quality. Be ready for deposit - 1000euro- they just take your credit card and in one second without any asking and any pin-accept they debt it!!! We leave Banyan for 2 nights for Phi-Phi it was unbelievable journey .I would say- stay in Banyan for 2-3 nights to enjoy your villa and go further to discover this beautiful country

    The spa pool villa offered tranquility with lush surroundings and a fantastic outdoor bath. Biking around the expansive hotel was a delight, great to explore hidden gems. Breakfast at the lagoon view was magical. The beautiful garden views added to the overall charm of our stay.

    Some noise from nearby areas could be heard during the night.

    Very well designed spacious development in a great location. Staff were, in the main, very friendly and were available in depth.

    Our deluxe villa could have done with some updating. For example, lighting in the sitting area was poor, the simple CD player needs replacing with an iPod docking station and the range of TV channels was limited for a hotel of this standard. Detailed points but important. Overall our room was very comfortable and well presented.

    Fine, fine, fine.

    I fell in love with my Grand Two-Bedroom Pool Villa! The private pool was an absolute dream for my family, especially for the kids who splashed around with glee. And don't even get me started on the amazing breakfast buffet-so much variety that it set us up perfectly for each day of adventure!

    Facility is a bit old. Lots of mosquitos. Having a jacuzzi in the courtyard but covered with a filthy cap. Service was ok. Poor privacy as someone was having a wedding party nearby late at night. Spa was great but way too pricy!

    A warm, nice place, with well trained hotel staff. Private pool is really good for the clients, because that most of time Bangtao beach is not available for swim.

    Still have Seth to be improved, such as when u are taking breakfast, you will find some name board with dishes name were placed in a mass, can't match with the dishes, but nobody is taking care it.
